Summer Smoothies

Ingredients

2 cups spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ banana
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add spinach and almond milk to a high-speed blender and mix until well combined.
  2. Then add frozen peaches, frozen pineapple, banana, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. If the smoothie is too thin add more banana or if it’s too thick add more almond milk.

Ingredients

1 cup coffee, cold
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Stevia to taste
Ice cubes
Cocoa nibs for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

*Chocolate protein powder can be replaced with raw cocoa powder.

Yield: 1 serving. 312 calories per serving.
