Ingredients

1/4 cup oats
1 banana
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup almond milk
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon flax meal
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Stevia to taste

Directions

  1. Pour coffee into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least five hours.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Serve cold.

Yield: 2 servings. 135 calories per serving.
